- This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data of entities using the website located at mikobody.pl (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), owned by the Controller, as well as the Cookie Policy.
- The Data Controller of personal data provided by the Controller (hereinafter referred to as “the Controller”).
- Personal data is processed according to the principles specified in the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
- Information about Users and their behavior is collected in the following ways:
- through data voluntarily entered by Users in electronic forms available on the Service (such as sidebar forms, contact forms, free quotation forms) or via live chat application forms;
- by storing cookies (small text files) on Users’ end devices;
- by collecting web server logs by the hosting provider.
- The Service collects only the information voluntarily provided by Users, along with additional data concerning connection parameters (such as timestamp, IP address, browser type).
- The website uses SSL encryption protocol to ensure the highest standards of data security.

All data collected in server logs may constitute personal data enabling User identification (e.g., IP address). However, the Controller uses this data solely for technical purposes related to website administration.

- Processing of Users’ personal data referred to in § 1 above takes place solely for purposes for which this data was provided by Users, subject to their prior consent, including:
- providing quotations and sending commercial offers;
- handling inquiries, contacting Users, or responding to messages sent via the Service;
- fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligations;
- fulfilling legitimate purposes pursued by the Controller (e.g., marketing activities), provided they do not infringe on Users’ rights and freedoms.
- Recipients of Users’ personal data include entities cooperating with the Controller within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes specified above, and entities processing data on behalf of the Controller, including providers of IT systems, consulting services, accounting, and legal services.

- E-mail address;
- IP addresses;
- Complementary information.
- Only individuals explicitly authorized by the Controller have access to personal data.

- The Controller is responsible for implementing adequate technical and organizational measures aimed at ensuring data security, in particular preventing unauthorized third-party access, unlawful data processing, data loss, damage, or destruction. Regular security audits are conducted to maintain data safety standards.
- Users of the Service have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their data violates provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) dated 17 April 2016.

Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing:
Your personal data is processed for:
- entering into service contracts based on interest in our offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- archival (evidential) purposes in pursuit of our legitimate interest of safeguarding information in case of legal need to prove facts (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- establishing, exercising, or defending against claims, representing our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- customer satisfaction surveys as part of our legitimate interest to measure service quality and customer satisfaction (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Period of Data Storage:
- Personal data from contracts will be processed during periods when claims related to such contracts may arise, as prescribed by document archiving rules established by Polish Law (Act of 14 July 1983).
- If no contract is concluded within 14 days from the offer date, your personal data related to negotiations will be immediately deleted, except data necessary for direct marketing if consent was granted.
- Data processed for direct marketing of our products and services will be processed until you object to such processing.
- You have the right to access the content of your personal data, the right to rectification, deletion and the right to restrict its processing. In addition, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of personal data.

- You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you believe your data processing violates GDPR.
Consequences of Failure to Provide Data:
- Providing personal data is a prerequisite for contract conclusion. Failure to provide data prevents contract conclusion.
Data Recipients:
- Personal data may be disclosed to our partners (entities cooperating in product or service provision), subcontractors (processors), such as accounting, legal, IT companies, damage assessors, and service providers.
Transfer to Third Countries or International Organizations:
- Your data will not be transferred outside the EU or to international organizations.
Automated Decision-Making and Profiling:
